Join us as our Executive Chef, Patrik Landberg, nods to his Swedish heritage.
Enjoy our traditional Swedish "julbord" feast buffet featuring delicious Scandinavian offerings. Guests will find items such as Janssons Temptation (anchovy and potato casserole), assorted pickled herring with traditional accoutrements, house smoked salmon, Swedish meatballs, Skagen (shrimp on toast), ham, prince sausage, Saffransbullar (sweet saffron buns, and a whole host of other Swedish delights!
Wash it all down with Swedish mulled wine, otherwise known as Glögg in Sweden.
Along with the buffet, we will still be offering a limited brunch menu for those who wish to not participate.
