Our executive chef, Patrik Landberg hails from Stockholm, Sweden and this is his nod to one of this favorite Swedish traditions.
Kräftskiva is a very casual, end of summer celebration where a lot of eating, drinking and singing happens. Plastic bibs and paper hats along with a host of crayfish inspired decorations will adorn the restaurant for the evening.
Both Swedes and non-Swedes alike are often found singing traditional Swedish drinking songs throughout the night.
The crayfish itself is boiled in our very own rooftop garden supplied Kron Dill and then chilled before serving. Along with the endless supply of crayfish, the buffet will also feature Swedish meatballs, different varieties of herring, Jansson Delight and other traditional Swedish offerings.
This event is ALWAYS a great time and a chance for our restaurant to lighten the atmosphere for a night of fun!
